5. Payments & Refunds
All fees for Services, including enrollment fees, memberships, and event participation, are disclosed prior to purchase.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Fees are used to cover administrative costs, vetting, onboarding, coordination, and service preparation. No refunds or credits are provided for dissatisfaction, lack of matches, scheduling conflicts, or missed events.
6. Event Participation
Failure to attend an event for any reason does not entitle you to a refund or credit. If an event is canceled by Tippy Matchmaker, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward a future event. No cash refunds will be issued.
7. Safety Disclaimer
Tippy Matchmaker does not conduct criminal background checks. Users are responsible for exercising personal judgment and caution when interacting with others.
We are not responsible for the conduct, actions, or behavior of any user, whether online or offline.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, text, graphics, and materials on the Website are owned by Tippy Matchmaker or licensed for use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
