Once payment is submitted, no refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued, regardless of usage, participation, or outcomes.
Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Fees collected by Tippy Matchmaker cover administrative costs, onboarding, vetting, coordination, technology, and service preparation. These costs are incurred immediately upon registration or purchase.
Matchmaking services are inherently subjective, and results cannot be guaranteed. As such, refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction, lack of matches, scheduling conflicts, or personal preference.
Event Cancellations or Changes

If an event is canceled by Tippy Matchmaker, we reserve the right to offer a credit toward a future event at our sole discretion.
